The Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster delivers the most even roast available
on any home roaster. It's off-axis rotation and indirect hot air heating
ensures that your beans are moved around in the coffee roasting chamber
and heated evenly so a uniform roast can be obtained. The "On the Fly"
temperature and time controls allows the operator to make micro adjustments
to time and temp as needed to take the roast to the desired level.
A handy coffee roasting time and temperature chart is provided in the
Gene Cafe Owner's Manual so that beginning roasters can start
off with the right foot forward.
The Gene Cafe also features a roasting chamber that is easy to fill,
empty and clean. The Gene Cafe's large capacity roast chamber will
evenly roast a variety of batch sizes, from 1.75oz-10.5oz. A perfect
