Grimac - Three "Philosophies" - One Quality

Lever Operated espresso machines are characterised by the use of a lever with which to create the pressure required for correctly extracting espresso shots.

Semi-Automatic espresso machines are continuous dispensing manual machines, in which a pump creates the pressure for the espresso coffee. The coffee is dispensed manually by pressing the appropriate button to start and stop the process.

Electronic or Automatic espresso machines are also equipped with a pump, but are controlled by a microprocessor that regulates their main functions and allows the operator to easily program coffee doses and the warm water to be dispensed. The machine stops automatically at the end of the dispensing process.
